Write to [email protected]. Every message is read by the person who built the app, and you get a reply within 24 hours.

Common questions

I did not get my verification code. Codes are sent by SMS to the number you typed, including the country code (for example +66 for Thailand). Wait a minute, then tap Resend. If nothing arrives after two tries, write to us with the number you used and we will check it.

It says my number is already verified on another account, or locked. A number is locked to one account for seven days after it is verified. If that account is yours, sign in to it instead. If it is not, wait for the date shown in the app or write to us.

I cannot post, host or connect. Those need a verified phone number. Open the You tab and tap Verify.

I want to delete my account. In the app: You → Delete account. If you cannot get into the app, follow zonori.app/delete-account.

A purchase did not show up. Open You → Founding Supporter and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, write to us with the receipt from Apple or Google Play and we will sort it out. On Android, a payment that is still clearing (cash, some carrier billing) is added once Google Play confirms it. Refunds are handled by the store you paid, through your purchase history there.

Someone is behaving badly. Use Report on their profile, on the message (hold it), on the event, or on the circle. Reports are private, and we act on them within 24 hours. Block removes them from everything at once and is not announced; You → Blocked people undoes it. The community guidelines are at zonori.app/guidelines.

My event or circle was not approved. New circles and events are reviewed against the community guidelines. The reason is shown in the app; fix it and submit again, or write to us if you think the decision is wrong.
