Zonori

Know who's going before you go.

Venues and studios

If your venue or studio runs its own classes and nights — a weekly salsa social, a morning flow, a Saturday run from your door, a board-game night at your café — you can list them on Zonori the way any host does. It is the same free listing, with the same rules.

What it costs: nothing. Listing is free for a venue, as it is for anyone who hosts.

What we take from your door: nothing. Zonori does not organise events, sell tickets, or handle payment. If a class is paid, people pay you the way they already do, through your own link or at your own door, and you keep all of it.

What you sign: nothing. There is no contract, no exclusivity, and no partnership.

Your own events, under your own name

Each class or night is its own event, with a real time and place, posted by the person who runs it. That can be you, or the teacher who runs it for you, from their own account: one account per person, and the host's name is on the listing. Your space is named as the place it happens, and the event can say that you put it on.

Only list what you run. If a teacher or a promoter runs their own night in your space, they post it as its host and name your space as the place. Whoever posts an event is its host of record, and posting one you did not organise can get an account restricted. If they aren't on Zonori yet, send them the host page.

The one exception is Zonori itself: it lists some public events from organisers' own public pages, labelled "Listed by Zonori" and naming who runs them. If one of those is yours, you can claim it for free or have it removed, from "Organiser? Claim or remove" on the event's page.

The circle it belongs to

A circle is an interest, not a venue. Your salsa social goes in Latin Dancing, your morning flow in Wellness, your Saturday run in Running. There is no circle for your venue and there won't be one; your name appears where it is true, as the host and as the place.

That is what makes it work for you: people who joined the circle in your city see your event next to everything else in that interest, including people who have never been through your door.

Every event is reviewed against the community guidelines before it appears, which usually takes minutes. A class or a night is welcome. An advert for the venue, a membership offer or a discount is not.

What you get

  • The listing, in front of the people in that circle in your city. It shows who's going, which is what someone new looks at before walking into a room they've never been in.
  • A waiting list if a class has a limit, held in the order people joined it.
  • Who to greet. People can mark that it's their first time when they RSVP, so whoever is on the door knows who to look out for.
  • A recap after each one: how many people checked in, how many were new to you, and how many had never been to anything in the circle before. It never names anyone and never shows who didn't come.
  • The people who came, finding each other again. Tap names in Who's here as people arrive, and the next morning they see who else was there. They stay on each other's Met list with your event as the place they met, and your next one lands in the same circle, in front of the same people.

How to start

Get the app, verify your phone number, join the circles your classes belong to, and post the next one. If it is already listed somewhere else, paste the link and review it: Zonori fills in the form from that page, and you check it before you post. You can add a flyer, and a link to your own tickets if you sell them.

On the night, name a meeting point and a person, and say at the start that some people came alone.
